This week in Ladybirds Class we…
- Using our craft aeroplanes, we worked on our hand-eye co ordination flying our planes down the run way along the string.
- The children worked on their counting when adding legs to their spiders body.
- We learnt about patterns during a craft activity making ‘spotty’ ladybirds and ‘stripy’ Bees.
- We made slime!
- The children was surprised to find that the wizard put a magic spell on the superhero’s for trying to steal the pirates treasure. We reached up to get them down yet they was too high! So we made our own magic wands to use a spell to get the superhero’s down.
- The ladybirds enjoyed exploring the texture of fluffy paint and creating their own art work.
- We recalled phrases from the story ‘3 billy goats gruff’ using props to act the story out.
- We worked on our fine motor skills using tweezers to count out worms.
